When signing up to the Website you must declare to ETERNO to be over the age of 18 and to be able to act with legal capacity and comprehension within the law. ETERNO has the right to remove and cancel an account (without giving motives) at any time and at their discretion

LIMIT OF PURCHASES

We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

MADE TO MEASURE

ETERNO is not responsible for errantly entered information. Style selections and sizing entered online are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Sites. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PRICING-PAYMENTS

All pricing on our website is shown in Euros including the current taxes of our country.

Payment of the products can be made by Credit Card or PayPal, by simply following the instructions found on the Website's payment page.

SITE CONTENTS AND COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise noted, the Site, and all materials on the Site, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights are owned, controlled or licensed by ETERNO.

DELIVERY

Deliveries from Monday to Friday in Greece are by the elta courier service.

Shipping costs are free for purchase of over 70 €. For the other orders below 70 €

There is an additional shipping cost of 5 €.

RETURN POLICY

According to the law for the security of the  customers rights return policy, the customer has the right to return his products after 14 from the delivery date. The product must be at the original packaging, with the original labels, brand new and without having it used.

The return is not possible for the Made to measure products and the shoes except if we have made a mistake with it.

If the customer does not meet this conditions, Eterno can not proceed with a refund of any product. If the product is different of the ordered one then Eterno will pay for the return of the product.

ORDER CANCELATION

The customer can cancel his order before shipping occurs. To be able to do so, please contact customer care at the following email address: info@piniparma.com

In case a customer wanted to cancel an order after it had been shipped, the customer can refuse acceptance of delivery and by paying the cost of returning the order.

If after an order has been placed, it is discovered that the order is partially or wholly out of stock, the customer will be informed by email of the partial delivery or cancellation of the order. In the case of an order in which an article or articles of that order are out of stock, the customer has the right to be refunded the price of the article or articles which were out of stock.
